How do you prepare your bowels with Plenvu?

Follow a clear liquid diet the day before, mix each Plenvu dose with 16 ounces of water, drink it slowly, and follow with at least 32 ounces of clear liquids to ensure full cleansing.

What happens after taking Plenvu?

Expect frequent, watery bowel movements within 30 minutes to 3 hours. You may experience bloating, cramps, or nausea, but these typically improve as the prep progresses.

Why does Plenvu have 2 doses?

Two doses of PLENVU are required for a complete preparation for colonoscopy. The time interval between the two doses depends on the regimen prescribed and the planned timing of the colonoscopy procedure

How do you know Plenvu is working?

You will start to feel the effects within 2 hours of the first/second dose. It is important you do not eat after you've started drinking Plenvu; however, KEEP DRINKING CLEAR FLUIDS to prevent dehydration.
