Take the first dose the night before, around 4 PM-6 PM, and the second dose 5-6 hours before your procedure, typically 10 PM -12 AM, ensuring a clear colon by your appointment time.
MoviPrep is a bowel cleansing solution used before a colonoscopy. It flushes stool from the intestines by drawing water into the colon, ensuring a clear view for the procedure.
After each dose, drink at least 16 ounces of clear liquid. In total, you should consume at least 64 ounces of clear fluids to stay hydrated and ensure proper bowel cleansing.
Your bowel is clear when your stool is light yellow, watery, and free of solid particles. If it remains cloudy or contains residue, drink more clear liquids as directed.
Start the first dose the night before, around 4PM - 6PM, and take the second dose early morning, around 10 pm -12 am, ensuring it's completed at least 5-6 hours before the procedure.
